The hotel had a cozy atmosphere with excellent drinks, making it a great place to hang out. However, the rooms appeared plain and dated, and the loud noise of dishes being cleaned disrupted our sleep. The location was top-notch, just a couple of streets from the famous Worth Avenue, but there were some delays with processing. Dining was good, especially the coffee at the Leopard Lounge, but could be improved for a 'luxury' boutique.

I stayed at this hotel, and overall, it's a nice spot. The rooms were a bit tired and could use some attention, but they were still spacious and impeccably clean. The service was very attentive and friendly, making my stay pleasant. The location is super convenient, right next to major sites, and within easy walking distance of Worth Street and restaurants. The dining experience, while lovely, could be improved for a 'luxury' boutique. The facilities are up to the luxury expectations of the savvy Palm Beach crowd, but could also use some upgrades.
